Day 24 of - Timothy's Challenge

This morning Joel and I went to the Farmers Market

I read from John Chapters 4 - 6
Joel then read James Chapters 1- 5
Then I got up and preach the Law & the Gospel of
our LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!

There was a few people that came around and talked to us.
There was also a lady there that works for the city that
was complaining to Joe (he is the man that runs the Farmers Market)
about us being there, he told her that I have a right by law to be
here, and she told him; "I know he does, but I don't think he should be
here preaching to the people"
I don't know her name, because as I was just saying;
"Hi, my name is Tim" and I also put out my hand to shake
her hand, she just flat out told me; "I don't want to shake your hand!!"
She would not even talk to me.

Please keep her in your prayers, I do not know her name,
but the LORD knows who she is.

Please also keep everyone that was there today and the
ones that will be hearing The Gospel of John
within the next 5 Days in your prayers.

Day 23 of - Timothy's Challenge

Yesterday was the start of me reading
The Gospel of John out in the public

I read John Chapters 1 - 3 and then preached
the Law and the Gospel of our LORD JESUS CHRIST

Day 22 of - Timothy's Challenge

Day 22 of - Timothy's Challenge

Today I went out to Carol Ann Cross Park.
There were more people over by this bench then the spot
I normally read at, so I got up on the bench you see in the picture above.

Today I read the last Chapters in Luke

Which was Luke Chapters 22- 24
Which went through
The LORD's Supper
JESUS Is Crucified
JESUS Is Buried
The Resurrection Of JESUS CHRIST

I then preached the Law & the Gospel
of our LORD and Savior JESUS CHRIST

Tomorrow I will be starting in John and should be
done reading all Four of the Gospels out in the Public on
next Thursday August the 20th

Day 21 of - Timothy's Challeng

Day 21 of - Timothy's Challenge

I went to Creekmore Park Wednesday night to read

I read from Luke Chapters 19 - 21
and the I preached the Law & the Gospel of
our LORD JESUS CHRIST

After I was done reading I had a lot of young child
come up to me to ask if they could have a Bible.
They also wanted some Million Dollar tracts.
They asked also if the could have some, so that when
they go back to school in the next few weeks they could
give some out to other kids in their class.

Tuesday I went to the Farmers Market and read from:

Luke Chapters 16 - 18

There was only a few people there that day, but I was able to talk to some and one man even came to ask if he could have a Bible to take home to his 14 year old daughter.

Also later on that day I was told of some very sad news.
My Pastors' 16 year old son had died today.
His name was Aaron and he was more than just my
Pastors' son to me.
He was a friend, brother in the LORD, and one of my students
in the youth class. He always enjoyed talking about
the LORD JESUS and it was always a joy to
talk with him about the LORD, and also other things.
He will truly be missed, but I thank the LORD JESUS
for the time that I was able know this young man, and my hope
is that I will see him in Glory with CHRIST JESUS someday.

Please keep his family, the friends that loved
and cared for him in your prayers.

Aaron you will be missed.

Today I went to the Fort Smith main Branch Library

I read from Luke Chapters 13- 15
There was only a few people out there, but I believe the LORD
had the people there today that he wanted to hear HIS WORD.

Day 18 of - Timothy's Challenge

Day 18 of - Timothy's Challenge

I went to Creekmore Park Sunday after Church and read
Luke Chapters 10 - 12
There was only a few people, but I got
to talk to a young man and his dad.
The dad could only speak Spanish, so his son interpreted
for me, so that I could talk to his dad.
They also wanted to know if they can have a few
Spanish Bibles that they could have to give out to family and friends.
The son was also interested and maybe going out with
me some time and if we come in contact with some
Spanish speaking people, he would be able to
interpret for me.

Day 17 of - Timothy's Challenge

Day 17 of - Timothy's Challenge

Saturday Joel and I went to the Farmers Market.

I started of by reading from Luke Chapters 7 - 9

This was a family that came by and listened for awhile

Day 16 of - Timothy's Challenge

Day 16 of - Timothy's Challenge

Today I went to Creekmore Park to read from Luke Chapters 4 - 6

There was a few people there that came by to listen.

After I got done reading there was few people that
come up to me to talk and get tracts.
There was also one man named Steven that came up
to me to ask if he could have one of the Bibles
I was giving away and to ask me some question.
So we talked for about 45 to 60 minutes about
him and his beliefs in GOD.
He was 17 and had just moved here from California a few months ago.
He told me that he had been searching for answers.
He told me that he was not even gonna come to the park today, but for
some reason he felt he needed to walk to the park.
I told him that; "I am not usually here at around 5 p.m., I usually
come to read in the park around noon or around 7 p.m. ,so I believed
that the LORD wanted us both here at the same
time so we could have this conversation."
He told me that, he could hear some of what I was saying
from the other side of the park and felt like something
was leading him to come over to sit and listen.
He told me that he believed in a higher power, but he wasn't
for sure if he believed in everything that was in the Bible as truth.

So I used the Evidence Bible and took him through

Science Confirms the Bible

THE BIBLE
(2,000–3,000 years ago)
The earth is a sphere (Isaiah 40:22).
Billions of stars (Jeremiah 33:22).
Free float of earth in space (Job 26:7).
Creation made of invisible elements (Hebrews 11:3).
Each star is different (1 Corinthians 15:41).
Light moves (Job 38:19,20).
Air has weight (Job 28:25).
Winds blow in cyclones (Ecclesiastes 1:6).
Blood is the source of life and health (Leviticus 17:11).
Ocean floor contains deep valleys and mountains
(2 Samuel 22:16; Jonah 2:6).
Ocean contains springs (Job 38:16).
When dealing with disease, hands should be washed
under running water (Leviticus 15:13).


SCIENCE NOW
The earth is a sphere.

SCIENCE THEN
The earth was a flat disk.
Only 1,100 stars.
Earth sat on a large animal.
Science was ignorant on the subject.
All stars were the same.
Light was fixed in place.
Air was weightless.
Winds blew straight.
Sick people must be bled.
The ocean floor was flat.
Ocean fed only by rivers and rain.
Hands washed in still water.

We both read through them together, I took him to each verse and he would then read the verse out to me. I then told him; "See the Bible is supernatural as these were things that was written down before Science knew them. All they had to do was read the Bible and they would have know the true answers to this questions.

I then took him through the Law & the Gospel of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.
He said he would like to read some of the Bible some more when he got back to were he was
staying. I had some extra copies of Evidence Bible (Pocket Paperback), so I gave him one and showed him were he could look up answers to some of his questions and see what the WORD of GOD says about them. He was like thanks very more I will do that.

Please Keep Steven in your Prayers, he needs Salvation.
Please pray that the LORD JESUS will open his eyes and bring Steven to
repent and put his faith in the LORD JESUS for his Salvation.

Today I went to Creekmore Park around noon to read.
There was a lot of people there.

Today was also the day I was to start to read Luke.
I read Luke Chapters 1 - 3 today.
After I got done reading, I just went around the park talking to people and was able to also give out a few Bibles and tracts.

Day 14 of - Timothy's Challenge

Day 14 of - Timothy's Challenge

I had to get a lot of stuff done throughout the day yesterday, so I was planning on going out to read right after Church, but right before Church started it began to rain.
Then after Church it was even now poring down, so much it was even hard at times to see the road. I then was trying to think of a place were I could read the WORD out to the public with it raining so much.
Then as I was driving by the Mall, I began to think; "What about the parking garage at the mall?"

That is were I went to read last night.
I was able to park close to the doors were people would
be entering and exiting into the mall from the garage parking lot.
I just set in my van and rolled down all may windows and read as loud as I could.
I was to read just Mark Chapters 13 - 15 but I could not just stop at chapter 15 with
reading about JESUS dying on the Cross for us and not also
read about HIM rising from the dead.
So I read Mark Chapters 13 - 16.

Please keep the people in your prayers that was to have
hear the WORD of GOD that night as I was reading.
